FREE local delivery for all orders over $20. Choose the Local delivery option at checkout.

For all other orders, click and collect available in store, ready within the hour. 

We ship Australia wide, shipping costs will be applied at checkout.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to offer change of mind returns and exchanges with proof of purchase.

Without proof of purchase we can offer an in store credit.

*We do not offer exchanges or refunds for tinted paint unless there is a defect with the product.

Online Returns & Exchanges

Online purchases can be returned either in-store with a proof of purchase or by contacting us at hello@villagehardware.com.au. The customer may incur costs for online exchanges and returns for reasons outside of damaged or faulty goods. 

 

Special Orders

Any product that has a 'Special Orders' tag can be purchased online or in store. This item is not stocked in-store and you will receive confirmation of delivery time shortly after puchasing. Delivery typically 3-7 days.
